Brand check terms
What we provide
PoachSearch checks public search advertising for a business brand in the countries you select. We inspect available public results and ad information without clicking ads. We do not need access to your advertising, affiliate, email or other business accounts.
Checks use a fleet of real browsers running localised searches. You choose up to five countries and 12, 24 or 48 searches per country in 24 hours. We show the estimated searches and USD value before confirmation. Complete results include searches by country, advertiser names, affiliate identifiers and available source evidence. Daily capacity is limited; when a check cannot start today, we show an estimated later start date. There is no guaranteed completion time.
Who can request a check
You must own or be authorized to represent the business brand and provide accurate details. We may reject requests for personal names, sensitive or prohibited subjects, internal brands, unrelated domains, abusive activity or attempts to bypass usage limits.
What results mean
Each report is a fixed snapshot of the searches completed. Ads vary by time, location, device and other factors. We do not guarantee complete coverage, detection of any advertiser, accuracy of third-party disclosures, or the absence of brand bidding when no activity is found. Results are observations, not a finding of wrongdoing or advice on enforcement.
Search credits and payment
Your account is your verified email. By default, the first 100 searches are free once per verified email. The default price is USD 2 per 1,000 searches, with prepaid packs from USD 10. Current prices and pack sizes appear before purchase. All amounts are shown in USD. PayPal processes each credit purchase; this is not a subscription.
When you confirm a check, we reserve its estimated searches from your available balance. Completed searches are charged up to the reserved estimate, and unused reserved searches return to your balance automatically. You pay for searches run, whether or not affiliates are found. All results from your check are included.
Credit validity and unused searches
Credits are valid for 12 months from grant or purchase. Returned searches keep their original expiry date. Credits are non-refundable except for searches not performed: unused reservations return automatically to your search balance. If a request is rejected or a scan expires without running searches, its full reservation returns to your balance. No affiliate findings alone does not make completed searches refundable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Contact reports@poachsearch.com about a duplicate purchase, incorrect balance or a check that could not be completed.
Private access
You are responsible for keeping your private access link secure. Anyone who receives it can view your check and access the search balance associated with your verified email.
Retention and availability
Check details and private results are retained for up to 90 days, then removed under the retention policy. Account balance and transaction records are maintained separately to support credit validity and prevent repeated free grants. A fixed report does not imply permanent hosting. Contact us within that period if you need help preserving a copy of your report.
Who we are and governing law
PoachSearch is operated by Soft Dev FZ LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, which is the contracting party and the merchant shown at PayPal checkout. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update these terms; the version in force when you confirm a check or buy credits applies to that check or purchase.
